Interesting Products from September

While we’re still seeing a lot of COVID-19-related products, September also brought with it opportunities for strange one-off products as well. Take a look at some of the items sourced in September:

1. Fiberglass Running Wire Coaxial Electrical Fish Tape Pull Kit

This gadget, despite the very long name, has a very simple and handy use: For running wire through walls, attics, crawl spaces, sub-floors and suspended ceilings and great for installing cable. The kit includes (10) 39 in. rods with threaded brass connectors, a 6-1/2 in. flexible acrylic connection that can be set to any angle, a brass hook end for pulling, and a brass eye end for pushing. While the name may leave you confused, this kit is definitely something to keep on hand if you need to get into a small space in your home!

2. Mrs. Meyer’s Lavender Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner

With Clorox wipes being nearly impossible to find these days, Netria sourced a very large order for this multi-surface cleaner by Mrs. Meyers. With a fresh scent and powerful cleaning solution, it’s not a huge surprise that companies are looking to buy this product in bulk! We love a cleaning product that doesn’t smell like pure chemicals.

3. Infrared Wrist Thermometer

Lastly, continuing with the corona virus theme, we sourced this infrared wrist thermometer this month. This gadget features a voice command system, instructing users how to correctly test their temperature as they approach the device. The user then places their wrist inside the ring and their temperature is taken. The thermometer will instantly indicate the temperature reading on the digital display, will give an audible indication, and a green, yellow, or red light on the side of the thermometer will illuminate based on the temperature reading and set points. Results will appear in less than one second! This is pretty handy especially for large office environments where temperature testing is required. We definitely understand the need for something like this!
